As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of customers, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location.
You will serve as a results-driven relationship manager, rolling up your sleeves to support your team and customers alike. This role involves building strong relationships with your customers, collaborating with location management to provide the best service and product programs, and negotiating contract renewals. You will also oversee the recruiting, training, and development of your team, helping them grow in their own roles.
