As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives. Your team will deliver services to a diverse portfolio of customers, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.
Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location. You will build strong relationships with customers, negotiate contract renewals, and collaborate closely with location management to deliver the best service and product programs. This role is designed for a results-driven leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to support their team and solve problems on the front lines.
