About the Role

The Route Service Manager is a pivotal leadership position designed to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a specific location. In this role, you will recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.

You will serve as a results-driven relationship manager, building strong bonds with customers and elevating your team's performance. The day-to-day involves collaborating with location management to deliver the best service and product programs, negotiating contract renewals, and providing hands-on support as your team develops. This role is ideal for a business-savvy individual who enjoys finding innovative ways to increase profit and is eager to roll up their sleeves to help both the team and the customer.
