About the Role

The Route Service Manager is a leadership position designed to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a specific location. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This role exists to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while fostering a results-driven environment where your team can thrive.

In this position, you will build strong relationships with customers, collaborate with location management to optimize service programs, and negotiate contract renewals.
