About the Role
The Route Service Manager is a pivotal leadership position designed to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a specific location. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver services to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This role exists to ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of support and achievement.
In this position, you will build strong relationships with customers and elevate your team's performance. You will collaborate closely with location management to deliver the best customer service and product programs, and you will be responsible for negotiating customer contract renewals. The ideal candidate is a business-savvy relationship manager who enjoys finding innovative ways to increase profit and is eager to roll up their sleeves to support both the team and the customer.
