About the Role

The Route Service Manager is the heartbeat of a specific location, responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives. This role goes beyond simple oversight; it is about driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.

In this position, you will build strong relationships with customers, negotiate contract renewals, and collaborate with location management to deliver exceptional service.
