The Virginia Tourism Corporation is seeking a Tourism Counselor for its Virginia Welcome Center at Bracey. This position serves as the first point of contact for the traveling public, providing essential travel information and assistance to visitors from across the state and beyond.
The role is designed to support the daily operations of the Welcome Center, which operates seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will work a minimum of five days per month, including holidays and weekends, ensuring consistent service availability for all travelers. Day-to-day responsibilities include stocking brochure racks, performing general office duties, and assisting the Welcome Center Manager with operational needs.
