As a Cargo Service Agent, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, assisting customers with their cargo needs in a dynamic environment. Your day will involve answering inquiries, computing rates, initiating and completing bookings, and ensuring security screenings are met. You will be the first point of contact for air cargo transactions, handling everything from airway bill preparation and load planning to tracing shipments and managing telephone inquiries. This role requires you to receive and distribute airfreight, equipment, mail, and products efficiently while utilizing various work aides like computers, carts, and forklifts.
