About the Role

As a Cargo Service Agent, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, assisting customers with their cargo needs in a fast-paced environment. Your day will involve answering inquiries, computing rates, initiating and completing bookings, and ensuring security screenings are met. You will be responsible for receiving and distributing airfreight, equipment, mail, and products, utilizing various work aides such as computers, carts, dollies, and forklifts to keep operations moving smoothly.
