The Ramp & Customer Service Agent is responsible for above and below wing tasks which include guest interactions and ramp functions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting guests with travel needs such as answering inquiries, handling baggage, ticketing, checking in passengers, and boarding flights. Your day will also involve working outdoors in all types of weather conditions to perform below-wing functions, including transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage, aircraft marshaling, pushing back aircraft, and aircraft deicing.
You will also perform aircraft grooming and security searches, manage boarding and gate duties like directing guests and processing upgrade requests, and handle luggage claims for damaged, delayed, or pilfered items. Depending on management direction, you may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., possess a valid driver's license issued by a US state, territory, or the District of Columbia, and be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and basic math proficiency. You must be able to learn and operate a computerized reservation system with a typing speed of at least 25 WPM. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel. Depending on the work location, you must be able to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification and airport security clearance.
Airport SIDA Badge Requirements: Employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar are required to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority. If an employee does not qualify for a SIDA badge or has their badge revoked, the employment will be terminated.
