About the Role

We are seeking professional, passionate, and nurturing individuals to join our team at our Campbell, Mountain View, and San Jose locations. As a Toddler Teacher, you will guide children through our exciting, newly updated curriculum and exploratory play while role-modeling a sound knowledge of child growth and development. Along with ensuring the highest quality of care, you will establish strong classroom management skills, build positive parent relations, and create memorable experiences for the children.

Our Leadership team of brilliant Program Directors is dedicated to empowering teachers and creating a fun, challenging, and motivating work environment. We offer extensive professional development opportunities, including hands-on training with mentor teachers, 1:1 coaching sessions, and team check-ins. New hires participate in a Welcome Workshop and In-Service Staff Development Days, with access to CPR/First Aid certification courses.
