As a Teacher's Aide in our Head Start/Early Head Start program, you will be an integral part of the classroom team, supporting the Site Manager and lead teacher in maintaining a nurturing, quality learning environment. This role exists to ensure that every child receives the individualized attention and care necessary to thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
In this position, you will work closely with the teacher to plan and implement daily activities that align with Head Start goals and performance standards. Your day will involve fostering strong relationships with parents, assisting with documentation and record-keeping, and ensuring the physical safety and well-being of the children. Whether you are supervising playtime, assisting with health checks, or accompanying the team on home visits, your presence helps create a supportive atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow.
