About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Aid / CDA Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing curricula that follow early childhood education best practices. You will help create a vibrant educational atmosphere that promotes child development and learning, working closely with other staff to plan and coordinate engaging activities.
Your day will involve monitoring children's interactions to ensure a secure environment, assisting them with daily tasks and routines to foster independence, and engaging with them to encourage personal growth. You will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of children's progress, routines, and interests, and reporting these updates to both parents and staff.
