O2B Kids is a vital part of O2B Early Education, a family of organizations that began in Gainesville, FL, in 1998. Since our inception, we have grown significantly across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota, with many new locations on the horizon, including expansions into new states.
We are currently preparing to open two brand-new locations in Alabama early next year. To support this growth, we are beginning our interview process for our Huntsville sites (Capshaw - Wall Triana Highway & Monrovia - Old Monrovia Rd) in preparation for an onsite hiring event in early December. While we aim to begin hiring immediately, please note that training for new team members will commence in late January or early February.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in a variety of capacities, including Infant and Toddler Teachers, Lead Preschool and PreK Teachers, School-Age Counselors, Receptionists, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialists. Whether you are an experienced educator or just starting your journey, we are a willing to train and support your education through scholarships.
In this role, you will be the heart of our classrooms, executing lesson plans, maintaining licensing requirements, and completing necessary assessments. You will work Monday through Friday, fostering a clean and engaging environment while building meaningful relationships with parents to meet their needs. Above all, we want you to have fun while making a difference in the lives of children aged 0-13.
We are currently accepting applications for our upcoming Alabama locations. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply now to be considered for our onsite hiring event in early December. We will discuss specific responsibilities for all positions during the interview process.
