About the Role
You will serve as a vital link between our members and the Tire and Battery Center (TBC), ensuring a seamless experience from tire selection to installation. In this role, you will not only maintain the safety and organization of the sales floor but also act as a trusted advisor, helping members navigate complex service needs and product choices. Your day will involve triaging service workflows, managing member appointments, and collaborating with technicians to maximize efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety and integrity.
As a brand advocate, you will model high-quality service, leveraging technology and product knowledge to recommend the safest and most suitable solutions. Whether you are handling a routine tire rotation or resolving a complex service concern, your goal is to drive sales excellence and ensure every member feels valued and supported.
