About the Role

As a Member Services Associate at Sam's Club, you play a vital role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. This position is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our operations by managing shipments, organizing receiving areas, and ensuring merchandise is routed correctly. You will be the backbone of our logistics, handling everything from compiling receiving reports to processing claims for damaged goods.

Your day-to-day involves utilizing equipment appropriately to receive merchandise, maintaining safety standards through regular sweeps, and adhering to strict guidelines for handling hazardous materials. Beyond the physical tasks, you will collaborate with managers and coworkers to identify improvement opportunities, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate progress effectively. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount.
