About the Role

As a Night Stocker in our Grocery department, you play a vital role in ensuring our stores are ready for the day ahead. Your day begins by unloading trucks, opening containers, and meticulously stocking shelves. You will rotate product to maintain freshness, organize overstock in the back room, and manage understock drawers. Beyond the physical work, you are the face of our store; you will greet customers with a friendly smile, learn their names, and assist them by escorting them to products or securing items that are out of reach. Whether answering the phone or collaborating with co-workers to solve practical problems, your goal is to enhance the shopping experience and maintain a pleasant work environment.
