As a Store Manager in Training, you will participate in a structured 8-week leadership development program designed to prepare you for future leadership within our growing organization. This role is not designated for a specific store; instead, you will rotate through a minimum of three different locations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
Upon completion of the program, your final placement will be determined by your performance and the business needs of the time. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily rhythm of store management, from maintaining associate morale and maximizing sales to ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will work directly under the Store Manager to learn the intricacies of operations, scheduling, and personnel management while actively contributing to the community in which the store serves.
Candidates for this role must be willing to travel during the training period and relocate for their final placement. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with the potential to grow into leadership roles who embody our core values.
