About the Role

As a Store Manager in Training (also known as Assistant Store Manager or Bench Manager), you will participate in a structured 8-week leadership development program designed to prepare you for future leadership responsibilities. This role is not tied to a specific location; instead, you will rotate through a minimum of three different store locations to gain diverse operational experience. Upon successful completion of the program, your final placement will be determined by your performance and the organization's business needs.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn the intricacies of retail management, from maximizing sales and profits to maintaining high associate morale and customer service standards. You will work directly under a Store Manager, assisting in the day-to-day operations while learning essential skills in scheduling, training, personnel management, and inventory control. The role requires a willingness to travel during the training phase and relocate for your final assignment as part of our growing organization.
