About the Role

The Visual Manager is a vital member of the store leadership team, serving as the guardian of ALO's visual and product strategy within the store. This role is defined by a passion for planning, deep product knowledge, data analysis, and flawless visual execution, all with a lens on driving efficient and effective visual merchandising. The role's north star is ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.

In this position, you will act as a Visual Leader, Business Leader, People Leader, and Flow Experience Leader. You will champion strong visual standards by leveraging business performance data and lead strategic product presentation, ensuring product recovery, restocking, and visual changes align with directives. You will represent the business in meetings, partner with the General Manager to manage budgets and reporting metrics, and lead a team through accountability, continuous coaching, and talent development.

The day-to-day requires constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, you will take initiative to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals, balancing business needs with brand culture to achieve visual and sales floor KPIs.
