We are seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our team in the Oxford, Mississippi market. As an industry leader, we are growing and need talented people to help us continue to protect the world's most vital resources. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and selling new solutions to help achieve our mutual goal of a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment for all.
This is a field-based position serving customers in Oxford and Batesville, MS. During your training program, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for two weeks of paid training at a state-of-the-art facility, followed by in-field training. Upon completion, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. In some cases, associates may be assigned a supporting role until a territory becomes available.
The role offers an independent work environment where you manage your monthly schedule. You will be provided with a company service vehicle and cell phone for business use, with fuel and drive time covered. Generally, one in six weekends is required based on business demand, and availability for overnight shifts and emergency assistance is necessary.

Associate's degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa.
