The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary strategic partner for MULTIVAC's most critical customer accounts. In this role, you will directly sell MULTIVAC products and services, managing the entire sales lifecycle from pre-sales activities to post-sales follow-up. Your mission is to strategically nurture long-term relationships to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the Customer Service team.
This position is dynamic and travel-intensive, requiring you to be on the road approximately 3–4 days a week. The remaining time is dedicated to office-based preparation, follow-up, and strategic planning. You will act as an active student of the industry, staying abreast of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive profitable sales volume and achieve key metrics.
Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of a major airport. A current valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport for international travel as required by the position are mandatory.
The role involves a unique mix of office strategy and on-site engagement. While performing essential functions, you may encounter wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, and experience extreme cold or heat (non-weather).
