Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAct as sales and marketing representative at community events, health fairs, and meetings
- check_circleDevelop and strengthen relationships with key partners and provider groups
- check_circlePlan and coordinate open houses, networking expos, and marketing events
- check_circleDevelop new referral sources and provide marketing presentations to potential partners
- check_circleProvide census and sales and marketing reports to leadership
- check_circleAssist in preparation of sales and marketing plans and analyze their effectiveness
- check_circleTrack and distribute collateral and health education materials to referral sources
- check_circlePromote and grow PACE program census through community contact and integration
- check_circleMaintain accurate CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales activities
- check_circleEstablish community presence through virtual, telephonic, and in-person outreach
Requirements
- verifiedBusiness-to-consumer (B2C) marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience
- verified2+ years of experience conducting presentations to community stakeholders and leaders
- verifiedProficiency MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- verifiedActive driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, or related field required
Nice to Have
Master's degree in marketing or related field. Experience building and maintaining provider and community relationships. Experience engaging with health centers and/or provider offices. Experience working with managed care organizations (MCO). Experience engaging with medical providers and medical staff in Medicaid outreach. Experience working with communities of all different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, diverse populations, and/or underserved communities.
