As a Diesel Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping your community moving. You will help maintain and repair school buses to ensure they are safe and reliable for our passengers. This position is designed for those who take pride in their work and want to make a real difference in the lives of students and families.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and performing all phases of vehicle maintenance, including brake repairs and inspections, engine tune-ups, suspension and drive train work, and transmission clutch repairs. Your day will involve conducting preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections, as well as completing work orders accurately. Additionally, you may assist with mobile emergency repair services when needed.

We are committed to your professional growth and financial well-being. We offer an hourly rate of $22.00 (dependent on experience), with bonus rate increases available for each ASE School Bus Series test passed and maintained. We provide company-paid ASE testing and training materials, as well as company-paid CDL Class B training and licensing. You will also receive annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses, along with discounts on cell phone plans and vehicles through the PerkSpot program.
