As a Diesel Technician, you will join our on-site team to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and related equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our fleet. You will work alongside a supportive shop team that prioritizes safety and encourages the sharing of technical knowledge.
In this position, you will handle advanced troubleshooting of engines, electrical, and brake systems while performing preventive maintenance inspections. Your work will involve using electronic diagnostic tools and OEM software to resolve complex issues, ensuring all repairs meet strict DOT and Ryder standards. You will also document all work performed in Ryder's maintenance systems, collaborating with service managers to prioritize repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
