As a Fleet Technician with Contract Lumber in our Transportation & Logistics Automotive department, you will be a vital part of a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Our team ensures that the trucks, trailers, forklifts, and related equipment supporting our building materials operations remain safe, reliable, and compliant. We are dedicated to minimizing downtime for our professional builder customers while fostering a team-oriented environment where safety and quality standards are paramount.

About the Role

In this on-site position, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. Working in a fast-paced setting, you will collaborate closely with drivers, dispatch, and operations to prioritize repairs and keep our network moving. Your work directly impacts our ability to serve our expanding Midwest and Southern US network.

Beyond daily maintenance, this role offers significant long-term career growth within Contract Lumber. You will have the opportunity to leverage your field knowledge to advance into leadership or sales-oriented paths, such as Sales Manager, driving results and supporting our company's expansion.
