As a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will be the backbone of our vehicle reliability. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a diverse fleet including company tractors, trailers, and box trucks. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, conducting DOT-compliant inspections, and ensuring all equipment meets rigorous safety standards. You will work closely with drivers and dispatch to minimize downtime and support on-time deliveries, utilizing diagnostic software and technical manuals to resolve issues ranging from diesel engines to refrigeration units.
