We are looking for a dynamic Talent Development Manager to help scale how our company learns, grows, and stays aligned as we continue to evolve. This role will partner closely with the People team to deliver engaging learning experiences across the organization, including company onboarding, leadership development programs, and enterprise training initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional facilitator with strong presentation skills who enjoys bringing people together, translating ideas into engaging learning moments, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and business needs. This role will play a key part in shaping how employees and leaders develop at the company while helping create meaningful company-wide moments of connection and alignment.
