About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team onsite in Dublin, OH. This is a contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role, lasting 2-4 years. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of recruiting experience and possess familiarity with Workday.

In this role, you will proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal ATS system to build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records within the Vaco by Highspring ATS.

Compensation Transparency

Determining compensation depends on factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and geographic location. The salary range of $25-32/hr reasonably estimates the base compensation for this position in geographies requiring disclosure. Eligible candidates may also be considered for discretionary bonuses.
