As a Manager Trainee, you are stepping into a dynamic leadership path designed to prepare you for the Store Manager position. This role is about more than just learning duties; it is about developing the skills required to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, build a high-performing team, and drive sales and profitability.
You will immerse yourself in the daily operations of the store, observing and learning how to recruit, hire, and develop team members while fostering a welcoming environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are experienced every day. Your day will involve ensuring the power of different backgrounds and perspectives drives innovative thinking, creating a supportive experience for both Team Members and Customers.
You will learn to manage the entire merchandise flow, from inventory controls and price changes to organizing resets and coordinating special sales events. This role requires you to become an expert in sales and profit management, budgeting, and auditing store processes. You will also learn to solve complex problems, resolve conflicts, and communicate company directives effectively. Ultimately, you will work to develop the store as the "Employer of Choice" while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
