About the Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our retail team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on building lasting client relationships and driving sales excellence within our stores.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will go beyond the initial transaction to cultivate a loyal client base. You will be responsible for capturing contact information and utilizing multiple communication channels to maintain meaningful connections with our customers. Your day will involve maximizing sales opportunities by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions, while also ensuring the store maintains impeccable visual and housekeeping standards. From receiving and presenting merchandise to processing markdowns and managing inventory, you will play a key role in the operational success of the floor.
