This position serves as a vital partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store and the achievement of sales results. You will be the face of our mission, assuring the delivery of excellent customer and donor service while managing the processing of donated goods. In the absence of the Store Manager or Key Holder, you will take the lead on opening and closing the store.
Your day will involve fostering teamwork among management staff to accomplish store goals, coaching and training the team, and overseeing the production system for donated goods. You will manage the flow of merchandise from the back of the house—sorting, hanging, and organizing donations—to the sales floor, ensuring a clean, neat, and properly displayed environment for shoppers. Beyond operations, you will contribute to store profitability by managing inventory and labor costs, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and upholding strict safety and company protocols.
