This position serves as a vital partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the seamless daily operation of the store and the achievement of sales results. The role is designed for someone who embodies our mission while managing the complex logistics of a retail environment. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of donated goods, from the moment a donor arrives to the final sale on the floor.
Your day will involve a dynamic blend of leadership and hands-on work. You will manage the back-of-house production area, ensuring donated items are sorted, processed, and prepared for the sales floor with efficiency and care. Simultaneously, you will lead the front-of-store experience, training staff on customer service standards and ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and organized. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for opening and closing the store, handling cash, and resolving any operational or personnel issues that arise.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide status updates by phone, email, or in person. All qualified applicants will be considered, though an interview is not guaranteed. Selected candidates will be contacted directly by the hiring agency to proceed with the next steps. Please note that this position is subject to closure at any time.
