About the Role
As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you are the bridge between our digital platform and our customers' tables. Your mission is to select and gather products for online orders with a keen eye for freshness and quality, ensuring every item meets our high standards. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and personally deliver and load orders into customers' cars, creating a seamless and positive experience that encourages them to return to online shopping.

The Experience
You will work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment where adaptability and cooperation are key. Your day involves scanning and bagging orders on the go while adhering to strict bagging standards, managing substitutions for out-of-stock items, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of staging areas. You will also assist in training new team members and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly by reporting any issues to management.
