About the Role

As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (In-Store Grocery Shopper), you will be the vital link between our customers and their fresh, high-quality groceries. Your mission is to select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, paying close attention to freshness and quality. You will initiate and complete the selection process, ensuring that every item meets our rigorous standards.

Your day involves assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and scanning and bagging items on the go while adhering to strict bagging standards. When customers arrive for pick-up, you will communicate any substitutions or exceptions professionally, retrieve the order from staging areas, and load it directly into their cars. You will also ensure order accuracy, maintain the organization and cleanliness of staging areas, and follow all food safety procedures and company guidelines.

Beyond the logistics, you are responsible for providing a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping. You will act with honesty and integrity, manage conflict in a cooperative manner, and support a diverse range of individuals, including minors, older adults, and those with special needs. Hiring Process
