About the Role
As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you are the vital link between our customers and their fresh, high-quality groceries. Your mission is to select and gather products for online orders with a keen eye for freshness and efficiency, ensuring every item meets our strict standards. You will assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and personally deliver and load orders into customers' cars, creating a seamless and welcoming pickup experience.
This role is designed to make customers want to return to online shopping by providing a positive, professional service experience. You will communicate directly with customers via portable phones to handle substitutions or exceptions, ensuring their expectations for variety, freshness, and cleanliness are not just met but exceeded.

Requirements
