About the Role

This position is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is comfortable working as part of a dynamic team. You will be the face of the store, responsible for managing point-of-sale transactions with precision, handling various payment types, and ensuring compliance with all local and federal laws regarding sales, including alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.

Your day will involve a blend of customer engagement and operational excellence. You will actively participate in sales promotions, practice suggestive selling to build lasting customer relationships, and maintain the store's appearance by keeping counters, equipment, and floors clean and sanitized. Whether you are preparing hot food items, brewing fresh coffee, or managing the condiment bar, your attention to detail ensures the store is ready for every rush. You will also play a critical role in safety by adhering to robbery prevention policies, conducting daily inspections of perishable products, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated on their computer competency, specifically regarding the PDI Enterprise POS system. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can learn tasks quickly, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
