About the Role
This position is a vital part of our daily operations, serving as the frontline for customer engagement and store maintenance. You will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Your role involves managing the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision, handling various payment types, and ensuring accurate transactions for everything from fuel to fast-food items.
Beyond the register, you will play an active role in maintaining the store's appearance and safety. This includes preparing hot food items, brewing fresh coffee, and ensuring the facility is spotless—from sweeping floors and cleaning restrooms to deep cleaning equipment and managing inventory. Whether you are working the morning rush, the Barista shift, or the night shift, you will contribute to a seamless operation that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated on their computer competency, specifically regarding the PDI Enterprise POS system. The process includes a skills evaluation to ensure readiness for the role's technical demands.
