About the Role
This position serves as the frontline of our store operations, requiring an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. From operating the POS system and handling fuel transactions to preparing fresh food and maintaining store cleanliness, your role is vital to the daily rhythm of our location.
You will work closely with the Store Manager and your colleagues to uphold safety protocols, adhere to all local and federal regulations, and actively participate in sales promotions. Whether you are assisting customers with their purchases, managing the coffee station, or ensuring the store is spotless, your efforts contribute directly to a positive customer experience and a safe workplace.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will undergo an evaluation of their computer skills, specifically competency in the PDI Enterprise POS system. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate their ability to learn tasks quickly and work with minimal supervision.
