About the Role
As a Manager Trainee, you are on a path to becoming a Store Manager. This role is designed for you to learn the duties and develop the skills required to lead a store, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience while building a strong team. You will be immersed in the daily operations of driving sales, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and reducing shrink.
Your day-to-day will involve observing and learning how to recruit, hire, and develop efficient team members. You will foster a welcoming environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are experienced every day, ensuring the team mirrors the communities the store serves. You will learn to create a desirable work environment through recognition and empowerment, while solving problems and resolving conflicts for both team members and customers. Additionally, you will gain experience in sales and profit management, inventory controls, and coordinating special sales events.
