About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding pharmacy, alcohol, tobacco, and food sales
- check_circleMonitor and improve customer service by training team members and resolving complaints
- check_circleAnalyze financial data and KPIs to develop action plans for increasing sales and controlling costs
- check_circleOversee asset protection, cash handling, and bookkeeping including register counts and bank deposits
- check_circleSupervise inventory management, ordering, stocking, and liquidation to prevent overstock or outs
- check_circleCoordinate community outreach and serve as liaison between the store, district, and corporate
- check_circleSupervise merchandising by planning and implementing store sets, resets, and promotional displays
- check_circleManage store operations including scheduling, shift changes, and task delegation
- check_circleManage team member performance through hiring, firing, coaching, and setting performance goals
- check_circleEnsure store cleanliness, maintenance, and emergency response protocols are followed
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience
- verifiedLicensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh within 12 months
- verifiedPTCB or ExCPT Certification preferred
- verifiedWillingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree. PTCB or ExCPT Certification. Three years retail management experience, including supervising others, managing, and assigning work. Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh.
