Store Manager

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and profitability while maintaining strict control over operating costs. You will be accountable for the entire store environment, from merchandising and security to cash management and staff development.

This role is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You will not only manage a team of Sales Advisors and Senior Sales Advisors but also act as a key point of contact for customers, regional management, and various support departments. Success in this position requires a balance of commercial acumen, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to quality standards.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license with access to a car. The role requires a flexible approach to business needs, including the ability to work full shifts on Fridays and Saturdays (one of which must be a closing shift) and a minimum of two evenings per week, inclusive of a Friday or Saturday, excluding Sundays. Please note that you may be required to work in or transfer to another store within a reasonable traveling distance.
