About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

This position is located at Store #708231 in Anchorage, AK. It is a full-time role requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process

Step 1: Online Application Find the role on our Careers page and set aside 15 minutes to create your profile by entering or importing your details.

Step 2: Digital Interview Upon review of your application, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This consists of behavioral-based questions that you can record and complete on your own schedule within 7 days of receiving an invitation.

Step 3: In-Store Interview Once your video interview is reviewed by our Recruitment team, top candidates are invited to meet with the team in-store at a specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
