About the Role

As the Merchandising Manager for West Florida, you will lead the strategy and execution of our brand presence across Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota, and the surrounding territories. Based out of our Tampa facility, you will directly manage a team of 5 Merchandising Supervisors, indirectly overseeing a staff of approximately 110 Merchandisers. Your primary focus is to drive territory sales goals by ensuring the flawless execution of on/off-shelf distribution, pricing, and point-of-sale activities for our diverse portfolio of brands.

In this role, you will foster an environment of personal development for your team while managing labor costs and staffing targets in alignment with our Annual Operating Plan. You will work closely with Grocery Managers, Account Management, and Reset Specialists to strengthen market relationships and optimize merchandising strategies. Your day-to-day involves monitoring sales activity, ensuring safety compliance, and adjusting service frequencies to meet customer needs efficiently. This position requires a 5-day work week with weekends as needed, and the ability to travel based on business requirements.
