Since our first U.S. location opened in 2010, Round One has grown rapidly, now boasting over 50 locations across the country. We differentiate ourselves with concepts like our Kids Play Zone and Spo-cha, targeting a wide demographic from young children to the elderly. As we continue to expand our brand awareness and become a national leader in the entertainment industry, we are looking for passionate leaders to join our newest family entertainment facility opening soon at Pacific View, Ventura.

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager or Supervisor to lead our team at this exciting new location. If you are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about video games, bowling, and karaoke, you are the kind of person we want to hire. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, high-energy environment and enjoys being around people.

In this position, you will be the face of the venue, responsible for the profitability of our arcades and crane games through effective staff and equipment management. Your day will involve ensuring excellent customer service, solving problems on the fly, and implementing company policies. You will be constantly visible and accessible to guests, explaining game rules, handling complaints, and performing minor machine repairs. Beyond the floor, you will manage the team by planning schedules, coaching staff, and driving sales goals through engaging store displays. As a management team member, you will also handle alcohol service and ensure strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Hiring Process

To apply, please ensure you meet the following criteria: a High School Diploma or GED, open availability (especially nights and weekends), and a minimum age of 21 to handle alcohol service. We look for candidates with 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the arcade or entertainment industries.
