About the Role

As a Customer Experience Guide, you will play a key role in supporting all Customer Experience and Sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store and inventory operations. This position is designed for someone with a passion for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and product knowledge.

You will be the face of Embarc on the sales floor, engaging with customers to answer questions and recommend products based on their unique needs and preferences. Your day will involve delivering an educational and exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand standards, while also maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment. Beyond the sales floor, you will represent the Embarc brand through community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role within a retail store open 365 days a year. The role requires flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs. At our Fontana store, team members average approximately $5.75 per hour in tips, though tips are not guaranteed and may vary based on shift, business levels, and seasonality.

Requirements

Experience with Treez POS. Experience working in a regulated or high-volume retail environment.
