About the Role

This position serves as a vital leader within our store operations, driving sales through effective merchandise presentation and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for both associates and customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the stocking, rotation, and display of products while assessing economic trends and community needs to optimize our offerings. The role requires a proactive approach to managing inventory levels, securing high-value merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Beyond operational oversight, you will lead and develop teams by fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. This involves teaching and training associates, providing clear expectations, and utilizing technology to communicate business objectives effectively. You will model exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. By managing and supporting customer service initiatives, such as community outreach programs, you will help strengthen our connection to the local community.

A significant portion of this role focuses on asset protection and safety. You will control unexplained loss by identifying performance goals, auditing inventory reports, and implementing corrective actions. This includes investigating alleged fraud, gathering evidence, and collaborating with investigative entities to resolve violations of company policies. Additionally, you will supervise safety team members, identify accident trends, and implement solutions to prevent workplace injuries, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
