About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, assisting in the management of day-to-day store operations. This role is essential for upholding our operational standards and ensuring the store remains "Grand Opening Ready" at all times. You will be the face of the company on the floor, promoting high levels of guest service and engaging in all company promotional initiatives.

In this position, you will foster a culture of accountability and development among hourly employees. Your day will involve supervising, training, and mentoring the team while managing critical operational tasks such as cash handling, inventory monitoring, and maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment. You will act as a key leader in anticipating community needs and ensuring the store runs smoothly, adhering to all Global Partner policies and procedures.
