About the Role

This position is dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the "Customer 1st" strategy. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will inspire associates to deliver excellent service while establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return.

You will serve as the bridge between patient needs and pharmaceutical care, ensuring every prescription is filled with precision. Beyond clinical accuracy, you will foster a positive pharmacy image through strong service, friendliness, and cooperation with customers, associates, and outside vendors. Your day-to-day involves monitoring all department functions, from inventory and equipment maintenance to scheduling and budget adherence, ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently and safely.
