About the Role

The Store Associate is a vital part of our dispensary operations, providing necessary support in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) capacities. In the FOH, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service while assessing the needs of each customer to fit them with the best product. In the BOH, you will manage all aspects of physical and digital inventory maintenance, including packaging, stocking, product intake, and inventory compliance. We are looking for a lifelong learner who is passionate about cannabis and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Application Process

To join our team, you must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive onboarding process including New Hire Orientation, Security Training, Store Associate Training, and a Cannabis Education course. We also require the maintenance of an active Arizona Facility Agent Card.
